ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image revisits the theme of a previous cartoon since I see that the tantrum-throwing middling white racists keep throwing this ("It wasn't us! It was the Jews!!") foolishness up in the air and running through it like a troop of wild monkey toddlers. Basically, the root cause of this behavior comes from how humans act within any kind of tiered rank-order structure, in this case it's the white racist aristocracy of the United States racial contract. As always, petty people strive to create more social distance between their rank and the ranks below, while scheming to insist their is shorter distance (or none at all, really!) between them and the above ranks.
