Muhammad Rasheed - America was built by free slave labor and, after slavery was abolished, the former slave class was still exploited and plundered, preventing them from building legacy wealth over generations. Reparations is to make up for that historic wrong and that is the inherent cost for enjoying this country's benefits.

The entire country was built from scratch on free slave labor and it prospered from continued exploitation of Black people up into the modern day. Congress will add the Reparations debt to the national budget. It doesn't need to be over complicated.
