ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the fact that the schools are just as segregated today as they were back in 1970, since the white racist aristocracy has just flat out refused to comply with the Supreme Court's Brown v Board of Education decision as a bipartisan agreement.
