This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the white racist aristocracy -- at all class levels -- continuously saying that the Black American is inherently of a lower intelligence, despite the centuries of them deliberately withholding the high-quality of education they hoard from our group. They routinely perform this diabolical foolishness and then have the nerve to get upset when extreme 'black supremacists' like the NOI refer to them as "literal devils."
