CITATION
Rasheed, Muhammad. "From a Man's Heart, His Filthy Lusts Speak." Cartoon. The Official Website of Cartoonist M. Rasheed 25 Sep 2021. Pen & ink w/Adobe Photoshop color.

ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the routine comments from the global network of white racists proclaiming to their fellow racists that they'd prefer shipping Black Americans to Africa as some kind of charitable event, despite "charity" having noting to do with Reparations. A robust reparatory justice program designed to make the American descendants of slavery whole is what my government owes my ethnic group after centuries of allowing lineage-based, accrued discrimination, preventing us from building wealth over generations. Fixing these wrongs is not charity, and sending me to the alien land into the hostile arms of the people who sold me to you in the first place doesn't fix my issues. All that kind of talk means is that whites want to use me, throw me away and tell me to shut up. That talk -- and the traditions of domestic terror that it describes -- is why they are my enemy. Of course, they will claim that pointing that fact out is "divisive," but again, that kind of self-serving, gaslighty foolishness is why they are my enemy.
