ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the fantasy tropes of white racists who routinely pretend that they have cured the nation of racism by the record of failed policies that only economically elevated whites while packaged as 'social programs.' This silliness is how they justify their continuing discrimination against the Black American former slave class by acting as if their faux-help failed because of us and not their commitment to mammon worship.
