Muhammad Rasheed - In context, it means that the new born human being is a blank slate who has to be environmentally programmed with the ethnic, cultural and familial creed identity of the group it is born into.
It’s a concept that may also have been appropriated by partisan political groups to push identity agenda policies which would enable white people to molest the 1964 Civil Rights Act and fabricate protected classes they can grift the system with themselves in a fundamentally immoral ‘double-dip’ scheme.
