Alaji Abdullah - Woman king!!! was... Is the best movie of the year... Im open for debates..... Please know I still fight people, kids, and elders too over my opinions lolol

Muhammad Rasheed - Alaji wrote: "Im open for debates"

Black Americans should not be financially supporting a movie written by white women that turns the story of the brutal enslavement of our ancestors into a "girl power" message and turns the brutal enslavers themselves into heroes. It's not a good look for us.

Alaji Abdullah - Good point big cuzzo, but if we wait for a All-black funded movie, written by All-black writers, and cast.... We will be waiting for a pretty long time. Plus they grew (learned) through the narrative of selling their our people in to slavery with a good substitute to build an economy on.

Alaji Abdullah - And you gonna have to explain the "girl power" comment because I'd love to body any argument pertaining to where Americans place their women in the family, and government structures.

Muhammad Rasheed - Alaji wrote: "but if we wait for a All-black funded movie"

It's better to have nothing from anyone than to have our enemies make fictional heroes of our other enemies and pay them for it. Our only response to being insulted like this is to boycott it... make it unprofitable to treat us like this.

Alaji wrote: "Plus they grew (learned) through the narrative of selling their our people in to slavery with a good substitute to build an economy on."

In real life, they did no such a thing and remain the unrepentant villains who sold our ancestor to the European trading companies. Helping them and their business partners rewrite history and try to get us as the descendants of their villainy to pay for their self-serving make-over scheme is unacceptable.

Muhammad Rasheed - Alaji wrote: "and you gonna have to explain the 'girl power' comment"

After our most effective leaders were assassinated, our most effective organizations infiltrated and disbanded, which marked the end of the Civil Rights Era, white women and our Democratic Party rivals usurped the 1964 Civil Rights Act--that was supposed to be used to make Black Americans an economically included protected class--to create protected classes for themselves as they continued to lock us out of access to capital, credit and wealth-building ownership. 'Feminism' helped replace the anti-racism struggle, marked by white women being the number one beneficiary of the affirmative action program.

So, the fact that this movie, written by white women, takes the real life villains that sold me to VOC, and fictionalizes them into "girl power" heroes is a vicious slap in the face to my people's struggles in the USA. They are rewriting my story to benefit their political agenda.

Alaji Abdullah - You going far to the radical end for all scenarios I see... I'm used to this form of debating too sir lol So to you everything is all good or all bad? There is no good in the movie because it didn't come from a specific demographic? You gonna be blocking a lot of blessings if that's your approach good sir. And I like the approach of us canceling things that were meant to defraud us, like planned parenting establishments strategically placed in poor neighborhoods that can't be found in others. Or autistic stats towards our young kings, quality of water in specific areas, the rabbit hole gets deep. (And on the girl power comment, I think if and when you see the movie it will maybe make sense, just didn't want to ruin the movie for those that plan to go see it....) and to end all of this, don't get me wrong, I love the debate big cuz, and you, but if the movie bothered you that bad and you want to get another story out....then Write your own script and get it produced. That way you can help solve the problems that were stated.

Muhammad Rasheed - Alaji wrote: "you going far to the radical end for all scenarios I see..."

My people are a wealthless and abused bottom caste in this nation we've built. I don't have a lot of time for beating around the bush.

Alaji wrote: "I'm used to this form of debating too sir lol"

Then don't talk about it, bring it. lol

Alaji wrote: "So to you everything is all good or all bad?"

I call out bad when I see it and I acknowledge good when I see it. I can discern one from the other without confusion. I know when my old enemies & rivals are exploiting me and hiding their hand in the performance. The devil has no new tricks.

Alaji wrote: "There is no good in the movie because it didn't come from a specific demographic?"

There is no good in the movie for my people because it was specifically written to turn my diabolical enemies into heroes and get me to support it like I'm stupid. If I foolishly support my first enslavers, how does that give me moral ground to battle my second enslavers for the Reparations they owe me? Of course the white supremacists are watching how we respond to this movie with GREAT interest so they can throw our hypocrisy back in our faces. It's not good to allow ourselves to be mindless manipulated puppets just because the movie was "fun to watch." Those people hate you. Wake up.

Alaji wrote: "You gonna be blocking a lot of blessings if that's your approach good sir."

You believe the scions of satan have "blessings" for me, do you?

Alaji wrote: "And I like the approach of us canceling things that were meant to defraud us, like planned parenting establishments strategically placed in poor neighborhoods that can't be found in others. This comment functions as a "WhatAboutism" logical fallacy. My white supremacist opponents use it to defect from police brutality to deceptively ask, "What about black-on-black crime?!" pretending the artificial impoverishment causing such conditions wasn't put in place by them. The only thing that can fix those issues is massive transformational politics in the form of a robust Reparations program... a fight that is currently in danger because y'all are supporting a movie that makes heroes of the other guys that enslaved me. I highly advise you to knock it off and tell your people to boycott the film.

Alaji wrote: "(And on the girl power comment, I think if and when you see the movie it will maybe make sense, just didn't want to ruin the movie for those that plan to go see it....)"

lol I'm quite aware that the film takes the real life villains who enslaved my ancestors and rewrites them into heroes who are against slavery. That's why I'm boycotting it and suggest we all do so.

Alaji wrote: "if the movie bothered you that bad"

If you were conscious of the knowledge you are supposed to have as a young Black American, it would bother you, too. Be wise.

Alaji wrote: "and you want to get another story out....then Write your own script and get it produced. That way you can help solve the problems that were stated."

lol Reparations and economic inclusion into a wealth-building ownership class is what I need to fix the problems stated. Coming together to pushback against evil propaganda designed to manipulate me is a huge part of that.
