Sundiata Conde - Disagree

Sundiata Conde - Yvette and Tony's anti economic stance is a major flaw. What actual "reparations" is she seeking if not financial?

Muhammad Rasheed - Yvette & Tone don't have an anti-economic stance. The data reveals that entrepreneurship alone cannot close the wealth gap because we are locked out of the access to capital needed for Black Capitalism to do so.

Sundiata Conde - Agreed so are other non whites. However through persistence and pooling resources gains are made. Voting begets absolutely nothing

Sundiata Conde - And yes. They do have an anti economic stance. In my opinion they deplore the very concept of black wealth. I've listened to them speak against it countless times. She has whole episodes dedicated to it. That's why I distanced myself from her

Muhammad Rasheed - Individual agency of a fraction outlier group of ADOS has nothing to do with the group itself being locked out of access to capital. Other non-whites aren't locked out of access to capital, only the American Descendants of Slavery. That capital is in the form of the stolen wealth owed to us in Reparations.

Sundiata Conde - Again not true. Illegal emigrants come here pool resources, and pass us in a generation. Her rhetoric is counter productive.

Muhammad Rasheed - What We Get Wrong About Closing the Racial Wealth Gap

Why Black Families Struggle to Build Wealth

The online obstacle : a study of African-American enterprise on the Internet

Sundiata Conde - Again I am familiar with the struggle to build wealth. However the intention of our people unfortunately is not constructive in this area. Instead of rocking the vote, foster a commitment to ownership. Lets stop being super consumers, and focus on ownership

Sundiata Conde - Being employees and consumers is not the path of wealth and power.

Muhammad Rasheed - Sundiata wrote: "Illegal emigrants come here pool resources, and pass us in a generation."

More relevantly, legal Black immigrants from middle and upper-middle class families come here, pretend to be ADOS, and get come ups from civil rights era policies that I fought for, combine it with pro-immigrant policies for additional come ups, and all while disparaging me for trying to unify politically for my own group and supporting white supremacy in disenfranchising and exploiting me.

And yet your opinions conflict with the facts of scholarship on the topic. Why? Your rhetoric echoes the racial wealth gap myths that were debunked in the above link, yet you want me to take your debunked rhetoric seriously. Please explain.

Sundiata wrote: "However the intention of our people unfortunately is not constructive in this area."

The intention is for the American Descendants of Slavery to unify and use effective grassroot political action to push for the Black Political Agenda that we need to thrive. That's the literal exact constructive work we DO need.

Sundiata wrote: "Instead of rocking the vote, foster a commitment to ownership. Lets stop being super consumers, and focus on ownership"

So you want me to ignore the resurrection of the badly needed political actions that my active enemy in the earth took from me through various vote suppression grift schemes and bullying to instead embrace a thoroughly debunked racial wealth gap myth.

And yet you expect me to take you seriously. Curious.

Muhammad Rasheed - Sundiata wrote: "Being employees and consumers is not the path of wealth and power."

Who claimed that it was? Where was that written by any #ADOS activist?

The problem is that neither being an employee in a white-owned company nor being a Black Entrepreneur locked out of access to capital, will close the racial wealth gap in the current system. I must use consistent and aggressive political action to pressure my rival to give up his monopoly over the country's resources. Listening to people who think like you will guarantee another 400 yrs of the same bs I've been living.
