This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by online white racists justifying white-on-Black homicides with their "black-on-black crime" WhatAboutism fallacy. Their goal is to convince us that the American Descendants of Slavery are inherently self-destructive and violent, despite the fact that white people have used the "divide & conquer" strategy to deliberately keep a population unstable by manipulating them into fighting one another.
