Muhammad Rasheed - Can't do it without taking politics seriously.

Depending upon the "we" you're talking about, of course.

Sa Ra - the black community

Muhammad Rasheed - Many identity groups within the black community take politics VERY seriously, have very powerful lobbies, and are not only fully economically included but even have median wealth greater than the median wealth of the whites.

So obviously the "we" needs to be a lot more specific. The "flat blackness" concept turns out to be a myth that only harms the one black ethnic group that eats it more than anyone.
